Another goofy face... this time from the middle of Wyoming near the historic Oregon Trail. Check out the quick video.
In the last several days I have traveled quite far and been to a lot of different places. Currently, I am in Seattle, WA but in a matter of minutes I will be rolling out for a few days of camping in or near the Olympic National Park. I have been to Yellowstone, Grand Tetons, and Rocky Mountain National Parks in the past few weeks. Lots of snow. I have done more than my fair share of hiking, biking, and camping, but I am headed out into the wilderness for a few more days. I have seen tons of wildlife, some amazing landscapes, and lots of good, dry starry nights. I even saw a bear and a fancy lady walking her Persian cat in the middle of the Grand Tetons! More videos to come. What have you been up to?
Looks like you are making some serious progress man! The wedding and subsequent moving and additional weddings and other events have kept me busy and out of touch a bit. It was good to see so many folks all in the sam e place at once for the wedding. My only travels in WY were in southwestern area, but I never made to Grand Tetons, just Wasatch national forest in Northeastern Utah. Later, Jason
ReplyDeleteP.S. I know you know this, but stock up on water in the Southwest. It has not rained here in San Antonio in a long time! Sarah got a job here with the communications dept. at the San Antonio Water System so she keeps me well informed of aquifer levels.
ReplyDeleteHa, I will keep that in mind. I'm glad everything is going well and that Sarah was able to secure a job so quickly. I just got out of the rain forest west of Seattle on the Washington Coast. There is no shortage of rain there... it rained constantly and everything got wet. It rains over twelve feet annually there. FYI... i was in Forks, WA the setting for the latest teenybopper heartthrob vampire love story, Twilight. It was Twilight hysteria for the little girls buying vampire merch and taking photos in front of the silly landmarks. God bless America!
